Stunning Rooftop Bar and Delightful Breakfast
I recently enjoyed a 4-night stay in a Deluxe Room and was particularly taken by the rooftop bar with breathtaking views of the city and the delightful breakfast featuring a range of delicious pastries and fresh fruits. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my visit, making my experience all the more enjoyable. My only comment for improvement would be about the shower pressure in the bathroom, as it could use a boost for a more refreshing experience.

Stunning views from the rooftop bar made our evenings unforgettable.
The shower pressure in our room was disappointingly low, making it tough to enjoy baths.

We loved exploring the Sevilla de Opera Theater, a breathtaking experience with amazing acoustics. Our stay in the spacious Grand Deluxe room was perfect for my family of five, and the rooftop bar provided a fantastic atmosphere every evening.
My kids wished the hotel had a pool open during our stay.

We had a great time visiting the Opera Theater and the Museum of Fine Arts. The hotel was perfect for us, with a lovely breakfast included and fantastic staff who helped make our stay smooth. Highly recommend the deluxe room and don’t miss the rooftop bar for amazing views!
We did have a hiccup with the check-in process that slowed us down, but overall it didn’t ruin our vibe too much. Just be prepared for possible delays at the front desk.

excellent stay but minor room for improvement
The rooftop bar was incredible! ! The gin promotion added a fun twist to our evening. The breakfast spread was also fantastic, with fresh fruit and a variety of cereals, everything we wanted was happily made for us. Enjoying a city view from our suite was a highlight, making our mornings even better.
The only downside was a slight delay in getting our room ready upon arrival.

While the room is generally well-insulated, noise from the busy street outside and sometimes inconsistent air conditioning can disrupt your sleep if you prefer windows open for fresh air. The rooftop bar, despite its lovely ambiance, sometimes attracts a crowd that leads to noise late at night, which might not be ideal for every guest looking for peace and quiet during their stay.
